Community Board 9’s Art and Culture Committee will be hosting the Children’s Village.

The village will feature a live performance by Every Voice Choirs, and Harlem Chamber Players.  An appearance by The Snow Queen and other characters are always children’s favorites at the village. Face painting, puppeteers, games and giveaways from the Migdol Foundation. Refreshments will be served.
